The "OFEK" system - to you and for you.

We welcome any appeal on any matter and need, whether you wish to make a compliment or turn our attention to an improvement that needs to be done. On issues concerning your clinic, we encourage you to apply to the district ombudsman.

Details about the application are available on the CLALIT site  or - *2700 from any telephone.

Appeals concerning hospital issues can be referred to the ombudsman responsible for the patients' rights and the inquiries regarding the patient's rights law. For issues concerning the services and medicine cart, we can refer you to the family physician and the office employees of your clinic.
